We are THRILLED to announce that we are nearly booked up for November weekends! Mil gracias to everyone who has booked with us, recommended us, and trusted us. Before we get to November, though, we hope you'll join us for Open Hours this Friday, Oct 17th!

In January of this year, our founder, Sarah E. Azizi, debuted her new workshop, Boundaries: Gates, Locks, & Keys. "Boundaries" buzzes all over social media, but what are we really talking about when we talk about Boundaries? Sarah developed her workshop to tackle this very question, among others, including: "What should you do when you violate someone's boundaries?" "Are some boundaries mutable?" "How do people harmfully mis-use the concept of 'setting a boundary'?"
This November, Sarah is teaming up with yoga teacher and conflict/mediation coach Erin Hansbrough to bring you a full-day interactive workshop on Boundaries!
